At the start of 2006, Concern Worldwide approved an Equality Policy, with the intention of promoting equality and non-discrimination through all of Concern’s work and within the organisation. In 2007, to support the roll out of the Equality Policy across the organisation an Equality Strategy was developed and strengthen skills and competence along with the necessary systems, processes and procedures which would enable Concern to address inequality within all of it’s work and internally within the organisation.
