The 6th SCBF Conference Report is out and available for download on sudancapacity.org. The report details the activities that were carried out by participants during the the conference and gives important insight into what capacity building organizations have been doing in the past and the challenges that lie ahead. Two important outcomes were realized during the conference, namely; • Sharing information, tools, and lessons learnt between International and Sudanese organizations working on capacity building, and • Providing greater outreach to Sudanese organizations in order to increase their access to resources and to one another. The 6th Sudan Capacity Building Forum conference proved to be a large success with participants from more organizations than in previous years and with greater involvement from local Sudanese organizations. Participants reinforced their commitment in continuing the Forum and ensuring that it is a useful entity. Several people expressed a willingness to help organize and make presentations during the next conference. As stated by one participant, "Overall, it's wonderful to meet and listen to the experiences of others doing similar work." Another participant noted the value of the conference by stating, "My organization is fully supporting the existence of the Forum and would like to encourage all stakeholders to keep this vision alive."
